This is NOT a conference.

It's an intentional, intimate event, and you're invited.

Join us for an intentional, intimate evening bringing together 100 women in North Vancouver for a live panel conversation on perimenopause, hormones, and HRT — recorded for The Mom Sweat Sanity Podcast. You'll leave with clarity, answers, and something you're actually going to do differently.

Not passive. Not performative.

Real conversation in a real room.

"Brittany puts her whole heart into these events and it shows in every detail- the speakers, the venue, the way the room feels from the moment you walk in. If you've never been to a Momentum Collective evening or Retreat before, this is your sign. You will leave feeling so glad you said yes."

Can't wait to see you there!

I don't host events for the sake of it. I build rooms where something actually shifts. This is one of those rooms — and I would love to see you in it.

XO, Brittany
